The home is only 2 km from Central Plaza and 3 km from the center of town, yet is secluded and surrounded by greenery on all sides.

The plot is on the banks of the Mae Korn river which runs from the Mae Korn waterfall, and has river frontage of over 100 meters. There are steps leading down to the river and it is navigable by canoe to the Mae Kok.

The main house, which is an L-shaped construction of 200 sq m, consists of an eat-in kitchen with inbuilt, high-quality appliances; a connecting dining room; a living room with fireplace and inbuilt shelving; a WC; a large study with panoramic window; a master bedroom with his and hers bathrooms and walk-in wardrobe; 2 guest bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and built-in cupboards; a wrap-around veranda of 150 sq m; and a flat roof on one wing for enjoying the views.

The smaller house is 50 sq m and consists of a maid’s room of 25 sq m with kitchenette and en-suite bathroom which could also be used for guests or as a separate home for a relative; a laundry room; a garden shed and pump room.

The pool is 16m by 4m, 1.2m deep at the shallow end and 2m at the deep end.

The property has its own well and all the water tanks, pumps and filters are either buried underground or out of sight in the shed. Similarly the condensing units of the air conditioners are concealed and the a/c’s are inbuilt in the ceilings.

All the walls are double walls with a cavity, the roof has heat insulation, and the ceilings are 3.8m, so the house is nice and cool. The doors and window frames are all hardwood. Further features include underground fibre-optic internet, underground 3-phase electricity, a remote-controlled entrance gate and garden wall.
